Purpose-Driven Three-Button Interface

Unlike generic buzzers, Waiter Ping features a specialized, three-button interface engineered to handle the most common customer interactions instantly:

• Call Button: Sends an immediate alert to the service staff's central display or wearable pager, notifying them that a specific table requires general assistance or is ready to order.

• Bill Button: Dispatches a dedicated request directly to the assigned server or POS billing counter. This ensures staff bring the check immediately on the first trip, cutting out unnecessary back-and-forth steps.

• Cancel Button: Allows guests to clear their call if pressed accidentally, or allows waiters to clear the active alert right at the table once the customer has been served, ensuring accurate service-tracking metrics.
